The Take steps walk is a walk to raise money and awareness for Crohns And Colitis. This year I have a team walking and volunteering at the Sacramento walk on May 1st! As the Team Captain of Crohns-Core i am inviting all of you to be apart of my team! This year we are planning on raising more money then we have ever done in the past. Our goal this year is to try our hardest to get Crohns and Colitis out there to be recignized as a disease that needs help just as much as any other. Help Team Crohns-Core be the BEST for 2010!!
